The Decolonizing Curriculum Faculty Fellows Program, launched in collaboration with the Faculty of Information and Dalla Lana School of Public Health, is a key initiative aimed at empowering faculty to integrate decolonization into their teaching practices. This program fosters meaningful change by offering workshops that guide faculty in setting practical goals for decolonizing their curricula. It also provides graduate student support, nurtures future faculty with an EDI perspective, and positions instructors as leaders in this transformative work. By aligning with the Faculty’s education and systemic change priorities, the program champions sustainable pedagogical practices.
